How long does an installation take?
Most home solar and battery installs are completed in a single day. Larger projects — a switchboard upgrade or backup circuit work, for example — may run to a second. We'll give you an exact timeframe as part of your fixed quote.
What warranty do I get?
Every system carries the manufacturer's own product and performance warranty, with terms set by the brand and model you choose. Pham Electrical backs the installation itself with our own workmanship warranty, so you're covered on the equipment and the work. See our About page for details.
Which areas do you service?
We install across Sydney and the surrounding NSW suburbs. If you're unsure whether we cover your address, mention it when you request a quote and we'll confirm straight away.
Will an EV charger work with my existing solar and battery?
In most cases, yes. Where your charger and existing system support it, we configure it to draw from your solar and battery first, before pulling from the grid. Compatibility is confirmed as part of your site assessment, before any work begins.
What happens after I request a quote?
We'll ask a few questions about your property and usage, then arrange a free on-site or virtual assessment. You'll receive a fixed quote before any work begins — no cost, no obligation.
Is finance available?
We accept card payments and bank transfer for all jobs. We don't currently offer financing or buy-now-pay-later — your quote sets out the full cost upfront so there are no surprises.
